A still from Hafsteinn G. Sigurdsson's Either Way.
Shooting has wrapped on Hafsteinn G. Sigurdsson’s debut feature, Either Way (Á annan veg). Filmed in the summer in the mountains of the Northwest, it’s described as a low-key road movie with an eighties setting. The drama comedy deals with two road builders who are stuck with each other in an isolated place, resulting in unexpected consequences.
Sveinn Ólafur Gunnarsson and Hilmar Gudjónsson play the leads along with Thorsteinn Bachmann. Film is produced by UK-based Bombast Films and Iceland’s Mystery Island and will be released early next year.
